New Best Friends

As a part of their Confirmation covenant several high school students from St. Francis de Sales parish have made a commitment to Mustard Seed Migrant Minsitry.

These students will work with some of our younger people on reading, cooking, and crafts. The children themselves created a name for this group: the BFF’s, or Best Friends Forever. 

We expect these young people to be  a presence at Mustard Seed for the next several months. It will be a mutual blessing, both for our Mustard Seed kids, and for the Confirmation candidates. 

The man holding the baby is Sister Pam’s nephew Jim. The baby is his daughter Abagail. Jim volunteered at Mustard Seed for 3 summers when he was in college.
