The Sisters of the Divine Compassion, based in White Plains, NY, oversee several other ministries. The sisters were founded in 1886 by Mother Mary Veronica and are committed "to proclaim and witness by our lives and service the Compassionate Presence of God in our world." The Divine Compassion Spirituality Center; White Plains, NY. The Spirituality Center is an oasis of green space located less than 20 miles from New York City. It is available as a retreat and conference center.

Loaves and Fishes Center for Compassion; Dover Plains, NY. The Loaves and Fishes Center is a ministry particualry devoted to food, medical, and language tutoring services to residents of the Dover Plains and Wingdale areas. The elderly and the homebound are the ministry's principal target populations.
